The room was spacious, modern, and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was quiet in a residential area. Check‑in was a hassle: everything is keypad‑controlled, and to get the code you must finish the pre‑check‑in registration with passport details. The email with the link went to spam, so I didn’t get the code. Giulia sent us the code, but there were many phone calls and texts to get into the property. Completing the link was clunky and time‑consuming, and the process could definitely be improved.

The room was spacious and beautiful, with an unobstructed view of the city and no sight lines to neighbours. The elevator was handy and a nearby parking spot offered a useful discount. Small touches and a gorgeous bathroom made the stay feel luxurious. The check‑in process, however, was a tedious form that required a €1 tourist tax paid by card before we could finally enter the apartment, all without any human contact or a phone answer. We were stuck outside the building, unable to access the code, which was unacceptable even though we had verified our details through the Booking site.

The property was just a stone’s throw from the centre, surrounded by many venues. The room was very spacious, bright, and spotless. The Wi‑Fi, however, didn’t perform well.
