The breakfast needs a lot of improvement to be acceptable, but the front‑desk employee in the morning was very attentive and helpful; even when we were nearly an hour late for check‑out, he handled it calmly. Still, I had to walk from the second floor to the lobby to ask for a cup of hot water to make tea, and the staff said they were busy and would only be able to help me in about 15 minutes.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good, yet the place isn’t in the historic center as advertised—it’s 20 minutes away, there’s a bad smell in the room, the bathroom tap only gives cold water, and the shower doesn’t always stay hot.

The location is great and the staff are really friendly, but the photo makes the room look more comfortable than it actually is.

The staff’s attention and cordiality were exceptional, I was warmly welcomed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is great near the mall, market, and other spots; the only downside was the cold weather, which is just a natural part of the city.
