Everything was fine for us. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. A 12‑minute moped ride away is a beach where you can learn to surf, and it’s also a great spot for swimming. We had a great stay. This is not a criticism, we just wanted to inform that a moped is needed to move around.

I stayed in a very stylish place with friendly staff and excellent food; the rooms were exceptionally clean and beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was perfect, except that the resort is a bit remote, so you’ll need a scooter to get around.

The hotel is very beautiful, quiet, well kept, and very clean, with a superb pool and plenty of lounge chairs; the team is very friendly and ready to help, and the restaurant and breakfast are great, all within less than 2 km of the beach for surf lovers. The path to get there is a bit chaotic over about a hundred meters, and although the complex is very nice, it feels a bit expensive for Lombok in my opinion.

The owner couple is charming, but it’s a pity that the beach—though not the best in the area—is so far away; the staff are very kind and will drop you off and pick you up.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding, and we want to thank them for that. However, the accommodation was too remote for us; the access road was narrow and lined with chickens and cows, so the location didn’t meet our expectations. The unpleasant smell in the room and especially in the bathroom was especially annoying, and the towels we received already had stains on them. At the same time, a sign in the bathroom warned of possible extra charges for towels, which confused us given their condition. Consequently, we decided to leave the accommodation shortly after arrival without staying overnight, and we did not request a refund of the money already paid.
