“Très bon séjour”

Everything was perfect—very clean, very comfortable, and the room was very pretty. The staff were very pleasant and available, and a late check‑in at 00:20 was possible. The breakfast was very good, but the tram metro noise was annoying.

The hotel sits in a fairly quiet spot and the city center is quickly reachable by car or public transport; the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and modest, offering great value for money.

The rooms have a nice design. The breakfast had already been cleared just before 10:00 am, even though we arrived at 09:35 am; the selection was clear, but the hotel is quite far out. By train you’re at least 40 minutes away.

We were pleased that our request for a quiet room for our baby was kindly granted. The building looks nice, and we would rate the breakfast 7 out of 10. The room lacked a fridge and a closed wardrobe; there was only a small coat rack with a few hangers. We especially commend Mr Cem at the front desk: he was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, speaking Turkish, German and English, and gave us many useful tips on restaurants, sights and day trips. A big shout‑out to him—a real asset to your hotel! Overall, we were very satisfied. The missing large closed wardrobe and mini‑fridge in the room, and the absence of slippers, were disappointments.
