The service is sensational—everyone is polite, kind, and helpful. The rooms are excellent with great beds and pillows, a fridge, TV, and good air conditioning. There is an accessibility elevator in front of the hotel and another to the rooms. Breakfast is very good, complete, served in a spacious room that I loved. The waiting area is super comfortable. Parking is available in the underground without a reservation, and you can also leave your car on the corner. The location is great. The underground parking has a steep ramp suitable for small cars; for more convenience I had to back in to park, which made exiting easier. Even though it was tight and ramped, I chose to keep my car in the underground because I wanted convenience.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is simple but very good, and the value for money is great! Everything met expectations.

The bed and sheets were torn, the bathroom trash can was broken, the shampoo and conditioner were of poor quality, and the breakfast was terrible.
