It’s an absolutely lovely, unique place with a perfect location; the modern, well‑equipped room and very helpful staff made the stay great.

The breakfast spread was good, you could request an omelette, and fruit and other healthy options were always available; the staff were helpful, and the room was larger than most in Copenhagen. We paid extra for a Large Garden room, but both the hotel and 25hours website didn’t indicate that this room had no view—being right on the water, the view was a key reason for booking, so we were disappointed and the hotel wouldn’t let us switch rooms without an extra fee.

Mooi hotel, leuke kamer met een fantastisch bed en heel goed ontbijt. Personeel vriendelijk. Een aanrader!. Ze hadden 1x onze kamer niet schoongemaakt. Housekeeping was niet meer aanwezig. Excuses werd meerdere malen gemaakt. Konden handdoeken ophalen bij de receptie
