I was really unhappy with this stay.

The property itself is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed grounds and interiors; cocktails were excellent and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, and we liked how quickly they set a small table near the bathroom when we asked. However, for the price, the hotel missed many full‑service amenities: no room service, no minibar, and only basic muffins and bagels in the adjoining café during limited morning hours; our room 101 was very small, which is normally fine, but there was no place to sit except the bed and no bathroom counter or storage, which was a problem for me since I travel with a lot of toiletries.

The room itself is spacious and very cozy, but the overall atmosphere you encounter upon arrival feels off for such a high price tag.

The hotel sits just a moderate walk from downtown and the French Quarter, and the room was spotless and comfy while the pool area felt like a peaceful oasis; the only downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room, so I’ll bring my own next time.

This boutique hotel is stunning, in a great spot, with an amazing heated pool for winter and a nice bar.
