“Ottimo soggiorno, sicuramente ritornerò con molto piacere”

The location, the antique furnishings, the stunning view of Via Veneto and Villa Borghese, the staff were kind, available and very courteous, and they even booked the airport transfer for us; everything went perfectly.

The staff were welcoming and the location was unbeatable in Rome, close to Villa Borghese park; the street was beautiful and the window offered a lovely view, the old building’s history was evident in the apartment and room, especially the beautiful doors and other details, and a small fridge and coffee machine were a big plus. The old toilet pumping system made noise, and they charge extra if guests check in after a certain time; we were lucky to arrive on time, but the extra fee added unnecessary stress about punctuality. There were also 3‑4 notices warning that we would have to pay for repairs if we damaged the toilet system; while the system is old, the number of notices was excessive and made guests feel mistrusted. The café that served the included morning coffee and pastries did not offer the freshest pastries.

The place was super comfy, the apartment was well equipped, it was in a convenient spot, and Martina was incredibly helpful and kind. The croissants and coffee at the cafe where the vouchers were for were just okay.

“Great accommodation and very welcoming!”

This spot was great, not far from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, but be aware it’s downhill from the accommodation and then uphill to return. We got a warm welcome and plenty of instructions. The room was lovely, the bathroom a bit tiny but fine. The old-fashioned elevator was really handy since we were on the 5th floor.
