“Great location on the outskirts of Cambridge. Very easy to find and good car park. Lovely welcome too.”

Everything was practical, clean, and tidy. The beds were great. The lounge for drinks in the hallway wasn’t very cozy and was a bit messy.

The breakfast buffet offered a standard British selection that was tasty. The town is small, right next to a shopping mall, and nearby there’s a large business park that really looks like a park with paths and ponds. It’s close to the highway entrance. Some guests, mostly those with darker skin, decided to stay by the entrance windows every evening and loudly celebrate, even blasting music from a speaker. I can’t understand how the hotel staff allowed that.

“Overall very good”

The breakfast was solid, especially the brown bread and the decaf tea. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly, with the room attendant doing an excellent job—no complaints there. However, the heating was a major issue; we were freezing, and the sun symbol was hard to locate. After we went to bed, the heater kicked on and was too hot at the wrong time, which ruined a bit of our night. We never used heating at night, and the lack of bathroom hooks was inconvenient.

The place was neat, brand new, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was also very good. Breakfast ended at 9 am, which felt quite early. The faucet was huge, but there was no counter space in the bathroom, making it a bit impractical.
