Our stay was flawless from start to finish. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed that ensured total rest. The most remarkable aspect was the staff’s attention: always attentive, kind, and ready to help with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, very varied, and featured fresh products. Additionally, the location was excellent for moving around the area without complications. Without a doubt, it surpassed all our expectations, and we will return and recommend it 100 %. The only constructive suggestion is that the nighttime ambient noise from the surroundings can be heard, so improving the rooms’ soundproofing would guarantee perfect rest.

After a horrific journey with delayed flights and lost luggage, the staff were very kind and patient, making sure my airport transfer would wait for me and that check‑in was available very late. The room was large, clean, and exactly what I needed.
