The central location, great view, immaculate cleanliness, and friendly staff were all positives, though the décor looked somewhat outdated.

The hotel was well built with big windows that let in natural light, and the breakfast area was bright, airy, and open – the spread itself was generous. The beds were super comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location unbeatable. The only downside was the single‑pane glass windows and a bit of road noise even from the 29th floor.

“Great hotel with a fantastic location.”

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the metro, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast covered every option imaginable, and the reception and breakfast staff were pleasant. A well‑stocked Lawson’s convenience store sat right next door. We stayed on the 33rd floor with a panoramic window, enjoying a spectacular city view and the night light show. If we return to Shanghai, we’ll definitely book here again.

“Niet waard”

The location was good and close to the metro station, but paying for a five‑star hotel and ending up with a room that was worse than a three‑star was disappointing; it was so old that we had to shower in the bathtub.
