The service was amazing here; Manoj and an aunty who was staying there did an amazing job hosting us and treated us like family—would definitely visit again. The only thing that bothered me was the showerhead in the washroom; the water flow wasn’t that great. Once that’s fixed, all good!
The whole property was neatly constructed, well equipped with all amenities, and well located on an easily accessible road. The mountain views common to every room here are the biggest cool thing. I don’t find a single red flag to comment on the stay or the staff. Shibu, the property owner, is well mannered and responds very well at any time—thanks for his patience and helping over the language barriers. Lakshmi Amma’s hospitality, her knowledge of local places, her tasty handmade dishes, and her warm attitude make us feel like home. Ajith should also be appreciated for his patience and attending to our every call; he’s a very simple guy with zero attitude in helping us with whatever we ask for. This is my first time visiting Munnar and you people made our trip a wholesome, memorable experience with the stay, food, and services offered. I strongly recommend this Cozy winterfell to all of my friends who want to visit Munnar, and this will be my definite choice for every upcoming visit to Munnar. 🙌🏻💫💫💫💫✨✨✨🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
