The location is good, 15 minutes on foot to the port and close to a metro. The area isn’t very safe; I saw two incidents where “children” were swearing at tourists, kicking shop doors, and throwing water bottles at cars. Breakfast was simple, and having to ask for coffee instead of being able to grab it annoyed me a bit, since Brazilian coffee is much larger than Italian. In the room there was a used soap, water, and a packet of gum from the previous guest, which worried me about cleanliness, but everything was fine. Check‑in was scheduled for 10:30 hs, but on the day they told us we had to leave at 10:00 hs.

The place had three standard items, but when I paid for breakfast they told me I hadn’t. They should do what they say instead of lying.

The place was clean, welcoming, and well‑situated for the historic centre and public transport. The staff were typical friendly Neapolitan, and when we had a problem they even offered us breakfast for two. I highly recommend it.

“No era lo que esperábamos”

The location was fine, but it didn’t match the rating it had on Booking. The shower water was either too cold or too hot, there was no shampoo and they didn’t put it in after we asked, and we found a cockroach.
