The room was air‑conditioned, the breakfast was free and the staff were accommodating, yet the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

Really good location, right near the old cobblestone street area with cafés, restaurants and historic architecture, but the bed was uncomfortable, the room had no window, and the bathroom tiles were only clean up to waist height before turning gross and dirty.

This place was spotless, tidy, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, but the WiFi was a bit of a letdown. Unfortunately, that's a pretty big deal in today's world. On the other hand, the location was absolutely ideal.

I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, but that's where the positives end. The hotel itself is a bit of a dump, with worn-out furniture and a generally run-down feel. I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid.
