We booked a room for the night of 28/9 to 29/9. Because of the severe flooding, we called the hotel and were able to reserve a room for the night of 30/9 to 1/10 without any trouble, and no extra fees were charged. The hotel handled everything very correctly.

The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of tasty options; I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables.

I had to pay for the shuttle to the airport, but it was reasonable for a 2 AM run. Heavy rain and flooded roads didn’t stop the driver from getting me to the airport safely, and I tipped him generously. The restaurant food was good, and overall the value of this hotel/location is really great. The bathroom shower could have been better: the water was only warm, towels were a bit old, and there was no shower soap, only a small bottle.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent—nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay again. The hotel was in a flooded area, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
