My stay was very disappointing: the toilet was dirty with a hair clump in the shower, the toilet bowl itself wasn’t clean, and the water pressure was painfully low, making showers uncomfortable. The bedsheet had visible dirty spots, the room phone didn’t work, and the door was faulty—so I had to call a technician late at night to fix it. Breakfast was underwhelming and tasteless, and overall the price didn’t justify the lack of cleanliness, facilities, or service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location was fine, but the room was bad: it wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom had a terrible smell, there was no air conditioning, and the water service was problematic.

The property’s proximity to everything, especially food, is a plus. However, the old carpet looks dirty and the bathroom isn’t well maintained, which makes the stay uncomfortable.

I didn’t take breakfast. The room lacked a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board, had an unpleasant smell that could be improved with an air freshener, and the air conditioner wasn’t cold—so they changed my room, thank you.

The hotel is very good: a grand marble hall, very helpful and attentive staff, and a very good buffet breakfast. The room is comfortable with excellent bedding. The hotel would be extraordinary if it were better maintained; cleaning what is visible would help.
