The stay was very pleasant! The apartment is nice, spacious, and in a convenient spot. Check‑in was super easy and organized. Plus, our unit faced the inner courtyard and was super quiet. We were happy! The only thing I’d suggest is adding something that blocks the light that comes into the bedroom at night, like a blackout curtain or interior blinds. Another area to improve is communication: when we needed to ask for information, we sent WhatsApp messages to the number on the QR code, but never received a reply. That’s an important point to address, especially if a serious issue or emergency arises during the stay.

“Book Imola residence, not suites. Location for residence is right at the centre.”

The suites are spacious. The first suite I received smelled of smoke and was unpleasant. After complaining, I was moved to a better room without the bad odor.

“OK place to stay”

It’s close to the center (5 minutes) and 15 minutes from the train station. The apartment is of an okay size, suitable for 2‑3 days. Some people smoke in the “closed area” garden, and others come into your apartment and it smells very nasty. It should be a non‑smoking area.
