The view of the mountains was great and the location was very close to the peaks. However, the staff seemed uninterested and couldn't help me improve my booking, so I had to pay extra for the “aquapark.” In the middle of the night someone knocked on the door anonymously, and the hotel was the first I’ve been to that didn’t serve scrambled eggs for breakfast.
The food and service were excellent. The aquapark is located outside the accommodation area.
The location is good. There is no bar open until 10 pm.
We really enjoyed our stay; everything was wonderful! The breakfasts and dinners were superb, the room was beautiful and spotless, the aquapark was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. The natural surroundings were lovely and the weather turned out to be perfect.
