The staff were lovely and very helpful, the metro was close by, the room was clean, and it was wonderfully equipped.

The spot was pretty good, just a 5‑minute walk to the bus stop/subway and about 25 minutes to the city centre. It was clean, and the cleaning lady was very diligent, showing up every morning. The host was fantastic, answering all my questions.

The room was spacious and well furnished, the little terrace was delightful, the Nespresso coffee was nice, and the location was strategic near Villa Fiorelli. The only issue was a bad odor in the bathroom coming from the pipes.

I stayed at Adelanterooms San Giovanni and it deserves the highest rating. A special thanks to host Valeria, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available. The location is great: the property is a short walk from the metro stop and just three stops away from the Colosseum, making city exploration easy. The room matched the quality of a top hotel, with excellent furnishings and meticulous detail. Everything was spotless, and crucial for a good night’s sleep in Rome, the room was incredibly quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Great value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

“beautiful apartment in Rome”

Very clean with a great view, 2–5 minutes to the bus stop, a microwave in the common room, a small balcony, and an elevator. The mattress was a bit hard for me, but I added a slightly thicker duvet as a topper and it became very comfortable; my partner found the mattress just fine.
