“Ok for the price, wish customer service was a little better.”

Breakfast was nice, large room. Called the front desk 2 times from the pool and asked for towels, as they were all out. Waited 15 min each time. Said he would bring towels right away. Never came. Saw him walk by the pool window at least 3 different times, head down typing on his cell phone. Never got towels. My whole family had to walk back to our rooms soaking wet. This part was just bad customer service, kind of ruined my day after driving 8 hours that day. Would probably stay at another place next time, as this just put a bad taste in my mouth after this experience

The location and breakfast area were good; the staff didn’t clean our rooms, stale food was left in the fridge from previous guests, a lamp was broken, and some breakfast helpers were rude.

“Very disturbing”

The spot is decent, but when I unfolded the sofa bed I found a huge, disgusting stain and a strange odor on the mattress. The front desk lady handed me a cleaning spray and a blanket to “cover it up,” which felt like the most inappropriate and unprofessional fix I've ever seen. The spray didn’t even work because the sprayer was broken, so I had to spend the night in that condition. On top of that, the towels were full of hair.

“Very nice place to stay”

The place is very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the pool was too cold.

Everything about the hospitality was perfect from check‑in to check‑out; it was a great place to stay. However, the cook lacked pride in the food: the bacon and sausage were burnt, the biscuits were hard, and she became loud when people commented on the burnt bacon and dried sausage. It seemed like she wasn’t feeling well that day, and the food was consistently burnt.
