A very pretty old mill, a nice park, and a lovely pool area – the renovation blended old and new beautifully. We stayed in a large room (Nr.105) with a big bathroom and a terrace, though the terrace itself was quite small, just enough to stand outside. Unfortunately, the mill sits on a busy road and the barking dogs at night were very annoying.

The room is spacious with a comfortable bed; the bathroom is one of the nicest I’ve seen, with clean towels and well‑chosen shampoos and gels. The room had a strong odor that later dissipated, the signage was poor so we struggled to find the location, the garden path’s wooden tiles were uneven, and the pool shower was poorly maintained. I’d suggest adding two separate jacuzzis in a quieter area, like a spa, available for hourly hire.

The staff were very pleasant, and the facilities were well‑maintained and clean, but the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable.
