“とても素敵なホテルです”

The front‑desk staff with long black hair were very attentive and courteous, leaving a great impression. The hotel itself was clean, the interior was lovely, and I felt comfortable. A supermarket is right in front of the building, so shopping is easy, and the National Library is within walking distance. I’d stay again if I ever visit Prettyshna. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb and the staff help out, so it isn’t a problem.

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness is good, and the overall sense of warmth and calm is fantastic. The only issue might be the lack of an elevator.

“Great value”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is good, but the hotel is hard to find and could use better signage.

“Safe, comfy stay in this lovely city”

I loved this place. It’s simple, no frills, but cozy, clean, comfortable, and offers great value. The breakfast came as a meze‑style spread that I really enjoyed. The staff are very friendly and the location is right in the center of everything. We had a balcony, which was fantastic. I have no complaints, maybe just an extra pillow would be nice. 😀
