The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. The room was clean and the size was satisfactory. Breakfast had a good variety, the bed was comfortable, and it was fairly quiet. Pisa city centre is a short walk from the hotel and it’s also close to the train station and the airport. The furniture and overall refurbishment of the building could use some attention.
