Our flight was delayed and we couldn’t stay the night, but we appreciated that they let us use the room in the morning when we finally arrived. It helped us freshen up before touring the Borghese Gallery and stashing our luggage. Nothing negative.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed (slippers, soap, hair dryer, etc.), a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect, especially for those who prefer to walk around. The only thing that would improve the stay is having a coat rack in addition to the wardrobe.
