The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was warm, clean, and easy to park nearby. We enjoyed the pub‑style restaurant for dinner, though the room was a bit noisy coming from above the bar.

The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

It’s a nice place, but the bed was uncomfortable, the bedroom ran out of cold water for a while, and the food wasn’t great.

The location was very quiet, though the rooms were noisy because we were above the bar; after closing time everything settled down. The bathroom, while lovely, showed signs of water damage and had a slight damp smell.

The spot was great, but the restaurant menu didn’t offer good value. Closing early on Sunday evenings and having to climb the fire escape after leaving at 8.30 pm was unacceptable. The hallway carpets between rooms need cleaning, and overall the place feels tired even though it’s marketed as boutique. The window frames are rotting and need replacement.
