Breakfast is always great

The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff were nowhere to be found. The food was terrible. Coffee from a vending machine really? Can't someone make some coffee and hot water for tea? The waffle iron was not working. We ate breakfast out both days we were there.

The location was great for our event.

The staff were nice, but our room was filthy, covered in dust and dog hair, with hair in our sheets, a thick and sticky carpet, and a bed that was hard as a rock.
