The room was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and well‑equipped, and close to the metro. Breakfast was included in the price, but a sign at the entrance warned that the breakfast license had expired and no action was taken. On the penultimate day the automatic door lock failed; after a long struggle to open it, the staff never repaired or replaced it. On departure day the same issue occurred, putting me at risk of missing my flight.
