A perfect place to disconnect from the world amid nature. The spa offers several bath and pool options, all with heated thermal water, and a wonderful massage menu with qualified professionals—don’t miss it! I highly recommend it. Afterward, relax completely in the Japanese lagoon located outside the spa. The rooms are comfortable, and the meals are varied and delicious. I’m gluten‑ and lactose‑free, yet I had no issues because the team kindly prepared specific options when I requested them. I want to highlight that the entire staff was always very attentive, friendly, and ready to help.

Overall, the hotel has a great structure, but the rooms are a bit of a letdown. The food is good, but not amazing, and the pool and spa areas are nice. However, the front desk staff were really uneducated and unhelpful - I had a particularly bad experience with Fernanda. There were also some communication issues between departments, like with the spa.

I didn't know much about this resort before staying here, but I was really impressed with the facilities, the way everything ran, and how friendly and helpful the staff were. The food was incredible - I'm definitely coming back here again.
