The place was in a great spot, within walking distance of 7e, Central Hatyai, Makro, Asean night bazaar, and even Greenway market. The staff were nice, polite, and ready to help at any time; the hotel and rooms were nicely decorated, giving a homely feeling. The rooms are close to each other, so hallway noises and even those from next door can be heard; otherwise everything was nice.

The location was great, close to all the places we wanted to visit, and having parking available was a big plus. Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was finding some ants on the table

The stay was wonderful with incredible staff and facilities. Ants were in the room even though we didn't eat there, but the housekeeping staff responded like lightning.

Overall it was okay; they just need to check and maintain the toilet. Other than that I was fine and happy. I’ll visit again in the future.
