The hotel is beautiful, though everything else was just fine.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good (a little weak), and the room was very clean. Breakfast wasn’t included but was offered, thank you. Staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew were great. The diner‑style table was unstable and the “sofa” was uncomfortable. I needed to work on my laptop and the setup was poor.

The staff delivered outstanding service, but the mandatory valet parking was a hassle.

The front desk clerks were very friendly, and the area looked great, but I paid for a loft and was handed a regular room that had no place to warm my food; the cooler in the room failed to keep my meals fresh, and the drinks were hot, so I won’t stay at the loft again.
