The location and the room were clean. I didn't quite like the somewhat distracted welcome from the landlord.
The spot is great, but the building feels neglected.
“The only good thing about this place is the location”
The location was great, but it wasn’t very clean – the sheets weren’t changed, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the towels had a terrible smell.

The entry instructions are clear and the area is pleasant. Two metro stations and a shop are close by, and the beaches are just a half‑hour walk away. The room itself is clean, the bed comfortable, the shower water hot with good pressure. Breakfast is served in the bar next door – classic pastries, coffee, all very tasty. There’s a small fridge and working air‑conditioning in the room, and a shared kitchen is available to guests. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the room can be quite noisy – earplugs are recommended for the night. The kitchen supplies are modest; I especially missed a knife and a cutting board.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with taste and the location is excellent. The only downside is the stains on the wall near the bathroom that need to be removed.
