The bedroom was roomy and spotless, with good lighting and fresh linens and towels. The shared kitchen offered decent food and complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. The place felt safe and secure, and the terminal station was within walking distance, as were plenty of restaurants. The only downside was having to climb to the fourth floor because the elevator was stuck, but the staff handled it right away.

As a very cheap option—next to a hostel in the same price range—it felt almost five‑star: clean, modern, comfortable, and bright. The TV, toiletries, and a small breakfast with pastries, coffee, and tea were ready to grab in the room. It was a very pleasant surprise. Nothing to complain about; it surpassed my expectations for the price class. Very good.

Nothing good. The place is scary at night; I wouldn't recommend it. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a creepy building, especially at night.

The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, blankets, and bathroom. It was convenient to stay there because I was leaving Termini the next day, and it was just a few minutes on foot.
