The location is super cool, with hotpot on the terrace. Unfortunately there are no sun loungers on the terrace. The dining room was too loud, making it hard to have a conversation.

The room was wonderful, complete, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were amazing. We were treated exceptionally well at both the reception and the restaurant at all times. The place is beautiful.

We stayed in a tiny house that was super modern with a view of the mountains. The pool area had too few loungers, and the food took a long time to arrive.

The staff were friendly. We enjoyed teatime with cake and a great view. The dinner menu was not a buffet. It was quiet. It takes 30‑45 minutes to reach the entrance from Sesrim N.P. Because you have to leave very early to make the longer drive to the highlight Sossusvleis, you can get a breakfast box the night before. It isn’t world‑class but better than nothing. The room had a kettle and a fridge. Finally, a rectangular mosquito net that goes around the whole bed instead of just a round one centered on a wheel is much easier to manage. The room 16 had a very bad smell of a drainage pit, which the hotel should be aware of, because they installed a battery‑powered scent sprayer and scent sticks. We should have complained immediately. The quality of dinner did not match the price. The beef stew had more bones than meat. The plates were not warmed. The dining hall was very loud.
