The staff were very friendly, but the beach team was unfortunately inadequate. We ordered a breakfast tray in the morning, and the ketchup and mayonnaise stayed on the beach all evening, with nobody coming to take the empty bowls. The beach staff were lacking and the equipment was very old.

Posto/posizione dell' albergo carino. Camera okay, in ordine. Pulizia da migliorare. Struttura stravecchia, da rinnovare. Tappeti nei corridoi veramente schifosi. Non si caspisce perche non si mette a posto. Piatti, bicchiere sporchi, da giorni su comò in giro. Colazione okay. Non da raccomandare. purtroppo!

The hotel is located in the center of Bitez beach and is easily accessible by public transport. It has a private beach, which is very pleasant.

The location is very good and the breakfast is nice. The common areas – the pool and the beach – are well maintained. However, the corridors are filthy. The rooms are quite old and the equipment is in bad condition. It’s not stroller friendly.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom ventilation needs improvement because it smells like mold. The bed sheets are too small for two people and feel more like towels – they’re too hard and not soft.
