Ingrid, the owner, was friendly and helpful, giving us useful city tips; the hotel sits in a great spot and the bicycles are always available for guests.

The host was very welcoming and friendly, offering plenty of tips about Maastricht. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Using bikes is a great option and the best way to reach the city centre. The street is very calm with no noise. The only downside is the steep stairs inside the accommodation, which can be an issue for people who can’t lift their luggage.
