The location is great. The room was worn out and the hotel was tired. The lounge was bad, the bar was just for chatting and not very good. The part of the hotel that is ridiculously difficult to navigate. I’ve stayed there often, but usually I stay elsewhere.

The location is great. I was in room 302, where the fan was like in a greenhouse and it was very disturbing.

The morning fare was good. The elevator was broken.

The spot was spot‑on, and most of the team were friendly and helpful, but one woman was completely unhelpful and couldn't communicate at all. The pillows were basically empty and flat.

The location is great, KEA lives in a good spot! Everything is clean and nice and the staff are friendly. The hotel has become shabby, it really needs a makeover. Old smell and worn furnishings. The hotel is too expensive for the quality! Unfortunately
