We had an overall pleasant stay. The service was friendly and attentive, and the bed felt solidly firm for me. The room offered plenty of storage with a large wardrobe and a handy luggage rack, and the ample, well‑placed power outlets were very convenient. The towels were a bit thin, which was unusual for me but still functional. The Italian breakfast was okay. It was also a plus that there were some parking spots in the courtyard – we were lucky to get one. The bathroom was quite small and cramped, and the pillows were a bit too high for my sleeping habits. The breakfast could also use more fresh fruit and vegetables.
