“Great for those passing through for the night”

I stayed in a tidy suite that was well maintained, but on the third day ants showed up. Since the kitchenette had no broom, it was impossible to keep crumbs from attracting them, and the option for daily housekeeping was just “optional.” We were too busy to call the desk for extra cleaning and didn’t even know there was an ant problem.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and I have no negative comments to add.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered both dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, while we were having breakfast, the cleaning crew mistakenly removed our luggage from the room. Mistakes happen, but a prior phone check or a quick confirmation at reception would have been wise.

“Drei Nächte für Ottawa optimal”

It’s a bit outside the city, but with bus and train you can reach the center easily; the bus stop is right outside the hotel and there are plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is good, but it’s served in a buffet style. When it’s full, it can take a while, which isn’t always helpful if you’re watching the clock in the morning.
