“Horriblement”
Very bad experience at this hotel in Yenikapi. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts. I was left without any assistance and had to find another hotel to sleep. Additionally, the listed address is poorly located and the place doesn’t inspire confidence, especially when arriving at night. The environment felt very unsettling and I didn’t feel safe. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment due to the lack of staff, poor communication, and bad location.
