“Very comfortable and friendly hotel.”

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and when we fell ill we stayed in the room all day while housekeeping checked in and swapped linens whenever it suited us. The room and beds were comfortable, breakfast offered a solid variety, the workout room was great, and the guest laundry machines worked perfectly. The location sits just off the interstate near a Wal‑mart, which made exiting a bit tricky and put us a fair distance from downtown. The pool was somewhat small and could have used a skimmer net to clear a few bugs, and the hot tub was listed as out of order during our stay because the jet pump wasn’t functioning.

The spot’s convenience and decent breakfast made for a good night's sleep.

Getting there was a breeze, but the staff didn’t feel very friendly, which is odd for a Hilton, and the price seemed high for the amenities offered.

The room was quiet and the location was good, but the door was difficult to open and close, and the floor got damp from the air conditioning.

“Accomplished what we needed, but would look elsewhere first if staying in Spearfish again.”

Location was prime for our needs. Gym has Apple Fitness/Health-compatible equipment. Second stay within a week. Second room was in better condition than the first one. Just felt like consistency was a struggle within the facility. Bedding was the concern. There were holes in some of it and some stains were visible
