The staff were attentive and available. However, the room was not a Deluxe. The fridge was broken, the TV worked only intermittently, there was no coffee machine but an electric kettle. Hot water was an issue, and the elevator was out of order for almost the entire stay.

The location is good and the bed is comfortable. However, nothing worked properly, the place was not very clean, and several items did not function correctly.
