The location was spot‑on, the staff were very helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after checkout. The bathroom ceiling had mold, the shower dispenser had no conditioner, and there was no hand towel—only a body towel, but they promptly gave us an extra one.

We found the room’s bathroom dirty, the trash bin was missing, the chain wasn’t pulled, and it was clear the cleaning crew hadn’t prepared the room for new guests. The blanket and sheets were damp, so we asked for a clean set and they fixed it, but we’re already skeptical. When we returned, the door was open and all our belongings were inside; when we asked, they had no idea why or could’t explain.
