The staff were super helpful and kind, the location was amazing, and the building itself was beautiful. The rooms, however, didn’t match the quality of the building.

The building was nice with impressive furnishings, located well for Camino del Norte, and offered good value. No negatives came to mind.

Everything was great – clean, well‑located, and the staff were very attentive and professional. The bathroom was old and had an odor.
