The place is absolutely wonderful, and it’s just a 20-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are clean, and breakfast feels like being welcomed into an Italian family’s home. Bravo!

Clean, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and plenty of fresh items. Parking was convenient. I had a great stay.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff are friendly. The location is a drawback; without a car it’s almost impossible to get around.

Our room was so nice and tidy. The host was absolutely above our expectations. Super welcoming, helpful, and breakfast was excellent. It’s easy to find and the location is great for day trips. Definitely worth the money and a visit.

“Comfortable stay with a pool and great breakfast”

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with eggs cooked to our liking, tasty mini‑croissants, and three delicious cheeses. The large garden behind the property was perfect for relaxing, even though we didn’t try the lovely pool that was the main reason we booked. Our host, Signor Giuseppe, is a gem! The property isn’t far from the A27 highway that leads straight to Venice airport, which mattered to us. We enjoyed our one‑night stay and wish we could have stayed a couple more nights. Don’t hesitate to book here! The bathroom is small but clean and fully functional. The property sits on a busy road heading to Treviso (twenty minutes away), not a highway, so there’s constant car noise. You can’t hear it from the room facing the pool, but I’m not sure about the road‑facing rooms. In the garden you hear it but it becomes background noise; it’s nothing major, just be aware if you want absolute silence. There’s a café on the ground floor in front of the property, and in late afternoons/early evenings it plays some upbeat music.
