Kiki was super friendly and helpful, arranging a round‑trip transfer from Santorini port. The location is convenient, close to the beach. Because of an overbooking at another hotel that cancelled at 10 pm, we snagged this place at the last minute and had no choice but to accept the accommodation. Unfortunately, there is no parking available.

Such a lovely little family‑run hotel! The rooms are small but cozy, and everything is very thoughtfully designed. The lighting details and clever furniture solutions make sure you have everything you need. The room was extremely clean, and the bed linen smelled wonderfully fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. On my last morning, I had a very early flight, so the night before they left some breakfast for me to eat in the morning. Such a thoughtful gesture from genuinely kind people. The location is also excellent — just a 2‑minute walk from Perissa Beach and about a 5‑minute walk from the bus stop for Fira. If you're planning to stay in Perissa, I would definitely recommend this place!
