“Excellent location, great stay - loved San Sebastián”

The location is fantastic, a short 10‑minute walk from the coach station, the hotel sits next to the old town and just around the corner from the beach – it couldn’t be better in terms of location. The room and bathroom were large, airy, modern and comfortable (we were in room 1). There was also a complimentary minibar and coffee machine, a nice touch. The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a relatively busy road opposite a bus stop, and because it’s also next to the old town there’s often ambient people noise in the early hours. It’s just something to keep in mind – if you’re a light sleeper you may be woken by external sounds. We turned the A/C on and it provided a nice ambient counter, allowing us to sleep fine throughout our stay. The location is worth it regardless, and I think you’d have similar issues wherever you stayed due to the city layout unless you’re in a big chain hotel or away from the hustle and bustle (which is a compromise because you want to be near that really!)

“Excellent!! I would stay here again”

Quiet at night, easy to access. Lots of complimentary items from the minibar are appreciated. Comfortable ++ bed. Spacious and close to all amenities. Eugene and Alex were very helpful with organizing a taxi and suggesting places to go. Nothing.
