I stayed in a large room that was well‑located.

The staff were eager and friendly, the breakfast was top‑level, and the room was clean and suitable. For dinner, the gourmet‑level food came at a higher price, which caught us a bit off guard, but we were still there :-)

The breakfast was good and the bed was excellent, but the room had already started to deteriorate.

The staff reacted immediately, but the building was very old and under‑invested, clearly not a four‑star hotel; we had a room on the street, so we couldn't sleep with the window open because of loud noise, and the broken air‑conditioning added to the discomfort. There was a brief power outage, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
