The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and spoke great English! They helped carry my heavy suitcase to the 4th floor. There is no elevator and it’s a bit far from the metro.

The bathrooms and toilets were very clean, and the option to eat and drink in the restaurant was very nice. It always looked cozy.

It was terrifying! Bugs were in the bed and bit me all over. My face, neck, hands, and feet turned red, swollen, and itchy. The next day the wounds spread and blisters appeared. Be careful.

The staff are very kind and the hostel sits in a quiet little alley in Tokyo, which is pleasant. There’s a lounge where you can put your food and relax, and the hostel also has a bar/restaurant. The lounge area and bathrooms could be a bit cleaner or better maintained, but it was okay.
