The lagoon and grounds are beautiful. I tried many times to contact the hotel about an airport shuttle and only got a reply when it was too late. The room and bathroom are spacious but dated, and the sockets aren’t well placed. For a supposed 5‑star, it lacks basic amenities like tissue paper or a waste basket near the sink. I know I’m being picky, but this was an expensive hotel.

I liked the atmosphere, the old‑world charm, and the greenery. The view from the room was just a basic roadside lined with trees, the lighting was dim, and the cleanliness was average.

The property itself was really good. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were very rude. I was highly disappointed.
