The host was very friendly and helpful, we were welcomed warmly; the accommodation was modest but very tidy and organized, though the room’s acoustics were poor and let in outside noise, making it hard to rest.

They put me in a ground‑floor room because I have reduced mobility, and the room had everything I needed for my stay, but the check‑in took too long.

The front desk was friendly, yet each reservation was for a private double room for a single guest. Two separate rooms were confirmed and paid for, but when we arrived the hotel forced us to share a single room. That was never agreed to, requested, or included in what we paid. It caused significant inconvenience, a breach of privacy, discomfort, and a complete failure of the promised service. The non‑refundable nature of the bookings does not give the hotel the right to deny one of the rooms or require shared accommodation. The hotel must honour confirmed reservations.
